With an existing home of 3 bedroom + office, and two bathrooms. The brief was to make the spaces better connected, functional and generous.

We achieved this by extending to the north and modifying the interior walls to create a guest and office wing to the front with new third bathroom.

Extending to the rear we achieved a generous Family, Dining and Kitchen space with Butlers Pantry.  With sarked ceilings which extend externally to a covered deck area which leads to the swimspa and garden.
